Are you the type of person who loves to get up at 5:00am and jog a few miles before starting your day. Of course you are! But not everybody has the same amount of time or dedication to do that. This is why this 7-minute workout app from Johnson & Johnson is a great solution. It offers a variety of short cardio exercise routines that can get your blood pumping before you plop down on the sofa for another NetFlix marathon. It also offers different settings based on your fitness level.

9. Down Dog
While attending yoga class in a room full of weirdos is not a bad way to spend a couple of hours, we suggest you do it in complete isolation, as far away from other people as possible. This is what the Down Dog app offers. It comes with music and audio instruction as well as short and full classes that are sure to get you closer to finding inner-peace. There is a highly-rated free version, as well as a pro version that costs $7.99/month.

This app allows you to choose various workouts (yoga, strength training, cardio, stretching, etc.) or a mixture of all of the above. The app includes a timer which you can set from 5 minutes to an hour. If you are a beginner, you can also see all of the exercises properly demonstrated before you try them!

This GPS app allows you to track your cycling and running paces, which you can use to shatter your personal records. The basic app costs nothing, although there is a $7.99 subscription fee if you are interested in training videos, feedback and other features.

This app lets you search for gyms and studios nearby. You can even filter your search choices based on the type of workout you are seeking (i.e., yoga, boot camp). It also lets you track your favorites as well as your history.

If you want to build up strength without the weights and other equipment, this app is a great choice. Before starting the plan, the app has you take a fitness test and then customizes a program based on the results. Do you live in a cramped apartment? No problem. There’s even a 2m x 2m mode!
