4. Who might ever think that a bar of chocolate could be a great solution? Well, the good news is that dark chocolate is a wonderful way to keep you moving. This does not include candies, though. If you do not like coffee, then chocolate is a cool alternative to the beverage.

5. Keep your wrists under cold water. There are hundreds of nerves under out skin. The water will cool you off and wake you up. The sensation that cold water causes occurs when your body release noradrenaline. This hormone is responsible for your feeling energized.

6. Keep your room warm. Turn up the heat and make your body think that it is not yet time to sleep. The cooler your room is, the sleepier you feel. Cold temperatures make us feel like curling up in a ball and going to bed.
