1. Hot Dogs
Hot dogs were invented in the USA and have spread all around the globe. People like the taste of this food and only few know how dangerous hot dogs are. This time we are not even going to tell you how many unhealthy ingredients they contain. They are dangerous even because of their shape. According to statistics, almost 20% of asphyxiations in kids related to food have been caused by this type of food.
2. Mushrooms
Picking wild mushrooms is a bad idea, especially if you are a beginner and do not know their species very well. The problem is that some toxic mushrooms remind those that are not. Telling the toxic species from its non-toxic type is sometimes impossible.

3. Nutmeg
Nutmeg has hallucinogenic properties. It is not a myth at all. Some people might think that this spice is harmless, but, as a matter of fact, you should be careful with it. Almonds make a great snack and they are recommended as a super food. This species provides you with fiber and nutrients. They have lots of calories and you need just a few almonds to feel satisfied. However, there is a deadly species called bitter almonds. The nuts contain hydrogen cyanide. Only 10 bitter almonds can cause death. Store-bought almonds are sweet almonds and they are not dangerous.
